Booking Terms

The Minimum age for our guests is 15 years or above. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not permitted and we cannot accommodate Hen or Stag parties.

Single Occupancy. 30% discount given off room rate for single occupancy in Captain’s Cabin and Keeper’s Loft and 15% off all other rooms.

Payment Policy. 50% deposit is charged at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance will be payable on departure. (If you would like to make other payment arrangements for the balance, please notify us prior to your arrival date). One night stays must be paid for in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival will receive a refund less £25 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 14 day period, we will do our best to re-book your room. If we cannot, you will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation. ‘No shows’ will be charged the full price.

We will email you prior to arrival with all the information you will need for your arrival, check in and stay with us. Please let us know if advance of any specific requirements (e.g. Dietary requests).

All 3rd party bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Cheque or cash.

We do not accept American Express.

The Lighthouse is completely Non Smoking
