All rooms have the same excellent facilities. Guests have use of our residents lounge with sea views and the lamp room with it’s 360 degree panoramic vista across the South Downs, stunning sea views towards the Seven Sisters in one direction and Beachy Head lighthouse in the other.
Prices are per double en-suite room per night with breakfast for 2 people and inclusive of VAT at 20%.

We operate a minimum two night stay policy, however, providing there is availability, one night stays may be available within a week of the proposed date of stay.

Booking in advance
To avoid disappointment for anniversaries, birthday and honeymoon celebrations, we recommend you book well in advance. We are taking bookings for this year and next year so please book as early as you can.
